The intention of Schoolgirl Style was for teachers to think differently about their classroom environment. A child spends the majority of their day in a classroom – shouldn’t it be an inviting and happy place to come to each day? Decorating a classroom can be so much FUN! You are creating a space for children – you can use vibrant colors and patterns, hang fun things from the ceiling and decorate in a way that you would be too afraid to do in your own home. A child’s environment can be whimsical, magical, and dreamy. How exciting is that?!?!
I hope you enjoy this journey with me – I promise to not disappoint! I will bring you the most amazing, eye-popping spaces I can dream up!

Have you ever thought of having people hire you to decorate their classroom??? I just don’t seem to have the eye for what you do but I absolutely love it and know the kids would love a well decorated classroom!

I have been asked to decorate rooms before, but to be honest, I don’t think you can pay me enough!!! Putting a room together is a lot of physical labor. I think I will stick to the idea part! 🙂
