The deadline for the Schoolgirl Style Challenge was Friday. We had almost 100 submissions! Let me tell you, this will be very tough. As I opened the pictures, I was so overwhelmed with emotion. It felt so good to see my designs in classrooms and to know that there is a little piece of me in schools all over the world. In fact, it wasn’t unusual for me to have huge tears streaming down my face as I looked at the photos! A heartfelt “thank you” to everyone who purchased my products.
So, now I am down to the hard part. I need to choose my top five classrooms. UGH!!! I want to choose EVERYONE!!! How am I going to narrow it down to just five? I’ve decided to enlist the help of my assistant, Christy. We plan to go through the rooms together and make the decision.
I will feature one classroom each week for the next five weeks. I know. I know. I am dragging it out. There is a method to my madness though! I am noticing that there are so many of you that don’t have time to visit the Schoolgirl Style site everyday. You are all VERY busy at this time of the year! So, to make sure that everyone’s room has enough time to be viewed by all of our followers, I’ve decided to do it this way.
I will not contact the Top Five either, so you need to wait and see if your room is featured! The suspense is exciting, right?!?
