Like and Shared and squealed about! We had to move everything out of our school at the end of the year so they could set off bug bombs and rat bombs. We had semi-permanent rat residents that were so big they could have been our school mascot. Ick! We had to throw a lot of stuff away as we were moving out. I have been off work this summer due to a car accident..got whiplash..now have damage to my neck & shoulder…per the MRI….then had to have surgery due to mesh implant removal…needless to say it has not been the greatest summer..I do Praise God for bring me through my surgery… I have not received a paycheck for 9 weeks…so this winning of this prize…would be a blessing from God…greatly needed for my classroom…I teacher at a Christian school at our church..I certainly do not make anywhere near what public school teachers do…but I teacher because this is my ministry..I love serving parents & kids…they are such a blessing.

I work with intellectually disabled students and some are wheelchair bound, deafblind, don’t speak and some students are accompanied to school with a private duty nurse due to their many complex medical needs. This would help my classroom tremendously. I work for head start and anybody who has followed the sequestrian, knows that our funding was cut, in our education department it was cut $34,000. leaving about seven counties to split a 6000 dollar budget. If I could get this, I would share it with our joining classroom. even though I’m a single mother of I still find myself putting my own money toward the things we need for our class. What a wonderful contest! Thank you for offering it. I have both shared and liked it on Facebook. My preschool gives us only $3 a month per student/classroom needs. That doesn’t go far. After spending more than $2,000 of my own money on providing necessary materials for my classroom plus $1-200 monthly for lesson supplies, I have been reassigned to a new grade level. My new classroom is lacking in, well, everything! I don’t know how I’m going to be able to afford to provide the children what they need on my own. This would certainly benefit my students!

I did both because we moved our alternative highschool programs , formerly been housed in small older buildings all over the city, into the newly renovated historic original high school building . It will be the first time we will all be housed under one roof and we will be the official 3rd High School in our city. We are very proud of our new status. But, with budget restraints, there was not $$ for extras so that is (as usual)out of the teacher’s pocket. I would love to be able to do this up right! And maybe even “share” with another teacher.

I am typng to you from a hospital bed in LasVegas. This my third time I am back in surgery in 3 months.First for soulder sugry-planed.
