Which Schoolgirl Style classroom decor theme will you choose this year?

Schoolgirl Style works hard to create classroom decor themes that are purposeful, gorgeous, and create a welcoming environment for students to thrive and be the best versions of themselves.

This year, first grade is going to the dogs! I change my theme each year. Everyone in our school community waits with great anticipation to see what my classroom theme will be. This may be in my head, but I am the only one in our school who uses a theme and there seems to always be great enthusiasm around the unveiling.
Last year we were down on the farm. This was my favorite theme, thus far.
I am going with owls and lots of polka dots!! I am moving to second grade and can’t wait to put my new room together! I am obsessed with polka dots and think the owls are a cute addition to the dots.
I am also going to be in the second grade AND I am going with the owls and polka dots! Do you have any good ideas for a word work center and listening center bulletin board displays!? I have a cute writing one but I am having trouble figuring out what I want to do for those other two.
Dog Dayz with black and white polka dots and pops of lime green and hot pink! It’s finally coming together. 🙂
Wild West…loving the flag banners at the top of each bulletin board!
By the Sea!!! Can’t wait!!
I just bought the goodies for the Dog Dayz theme!
Sunny Skies! I’m moving from 6th grade to 2nd grade (you have NO idea how excited I am!). I love that this theme can incorporate other features within it. It is calming but stimulating at the same time. I didn’t want to have too busy of a room, and teal/gray is one of my favorite color combinations right now. I have already painted my room (3 grayish-white walls and 1 soft blue) and bought a bunch of great organizing stuff in teals and light blues. This week I’m buying the digital package so I can slowly work on printing, cutting, and labeling 🙂
Dog days
Totally Teamwork, but I’ve got to find a way to get in some Chevron:)
I’m doing ladybugs with polka dots. I can hardly wait!
You will knock it out of the park just like you do every year with the amazing decorating you do to your classroom!
I’ll be doing Sunny Skies! I already started printing things out. I can’t wait!
I’m heading towards Carnival (at least for the colors)!
black & white chevron w/red & lime green and possibly teal accents
I’ve done polka dots for 2 years–time for a change! 🙂 I’ll be going Vintage Pink Chic this year. Melanie has inspired me…got the barn wood bb paper along with the bordette. Won’t be using poms, but I’ve got the vintage fans from Oriental Trading to use as accents on the bulletin boards. I have purchased pencils and notepads from Michael’s dollar section–hello, shabby chic! 🙂 I’m super excited! I know I will revisit my dots in the near future…along with chevron.
I’m doing Road Trip- Route 66. I’m adding a “vintage vibe” to the theme. Also, I have to throw in some black and white chevron accents along with coke a cola and several awesome vintage signs I found at Hobby Lobby. Thanks for your inspiration Schoolgirl Style!!!!
I am going with a black and yellow bee theme from schoolgirl style.
I am going to use Summer Soiree! Just found out I’ll be teaching 6th grade language arts. I think it will be perfect for older kids!
I think it would be perfect in your 6th grade language arts room!!!!
