Do you have any ideas that appropriate for middle school? I teach 7th grade, and while I LOVE a lot of your themes, I worry that some may seem too baby-ish or girly for the boys at my age level. Thanks!
I really believe that in middle/high school the room should reflect your personality. I love it when kids know what certain things/colors teachers love. For example, we had one teacher with an obsession for purple. Everything in her room was obviously purple. Don’t worry about it being too girly…you are a girl. Pick what you like! 🙂

I have a crazy question. I have a cartFUL to order but my school has all these safeguards on our web service and it makes it nearly impossible to get an email from an outsider. I emailed our technology guru and asked him to make your site a safe site so I can submit my order, but he needs to know the actual email that the download will come from. Can you help me out with that? My home pc is broken, so I have to use my school email to order from.

I just ordered your ebook and all I can say is WOW. Some of the decorating principles you speak about in the book I do….but I really loved the idea of the “dead space” decorating. WOW. Not sure I have room for the 3-D but definitely loved the idea of the layering of the borders. I especially love the idea of the self portraits of the students. I noticed in the “bird” theme – which I am changing from Owls to that theme this year – you used paper that resembled picture frames. Do you carry this paper or did you make it up yourself. I don’t want summer to end, but I can’t wait to upgrade my room.
